Hutchinson Community and Friends,

I, like many of you, grew up in Hutchinson. As community members, we care about the decisions that are made and we want those decisions to represent the best interests of the people of our town. I am running to be re-elected to City Council in November to ensure that the people of the Southwest District have their voices heard in the day-to-day decisions that affect our streets, families, and businesses. Though you may not live in the district, you know that the Council’s decisions affect the entire town.

As a Hutchinson business owner for over thirty years, I am aware of the obstacles that small businesses face in getting off the ground and maintaining stability. I am aware that the decisions of our Council can either make the lives of business owners easier or more difficult. I want to make your lives easier, and I want to see Hutch prosper. Finally, I believe that the people of Hutchinson should have a say in the direction of our town. The City Council should be communicating regularly with the public and receiving feedback.

In the meantime, I am asking for your assistance. Campaigning for this position requires financing and dedication. If you would be willing to donate an amount that you feel comfortable with, then we can begin this exciting process of collaboration and transparency together. The easiest way is to mail a check to: 416 N Main Hutchinson Ks. 67501. If that is not possible for you at the moment, I would feel grateful if you would share information about my campaign with your friends and family members, or even share my campaign page on social media!

I am honored for the opportunity to continue to work for you and our town,

Greg Fast,

Who I am

I am a fiscally conservative business owner, Republican and lifelong resident of Hutchinson.

What I believe.

I want to reduce barriers to economic development, encourage new voices and build a community of diverse shareholders.

I believe transparency is so important in gaining the community’s trust. Most citizens desire information and want easy access to that information. I believe that an open line of communication is key to fostering relationships and creating a strong working relationship with the stakeholders in Hutchinson.
